Curriculum Training Video
Envision’s Chase the Race 2016 curriculum is designed to empower students to experience the election process, and express themselves on the key issues.
The Chase the Race 2016 curriculum provides students the opportunity to:
- Participate in an academic campaign simulation that highlights current political issues and fosters core college and career readiness skills
- Take on a role in a mock senate election, creating a platform based on current issues relating to state demographics
- Gain real-world experience, building skills in key areas such as: communication and team-building, networking, achieving consensus, constructing and defending platforms and ideas, crisis management, conflict resolution, public speaking and debate
